Your purchase is protected, but we do have clear rules because this is a done-for-you service.

You can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase only if you have not submitted the onboarding form and we have not started work.

Once you submit the onboarding form, your 7-day build window starts, and we begin work. At that point, all payments are non-refundable.

This is a monthly subscription. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Important note about results

We build and launch your Client Growth Engine and provide the tools, setup, and support to help you drive bookings and gift card sales.

Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your list quality, your consent status, your pricing and offers, your local market, your responsiveness to approvals, and your ad budget if you run paid traffic.

For that reason, we do not guarantee a specific number of bookings, leads, gift card sales, revenue, or return on ad spend.

What we do guarantee is this: we will deliver the work described and launch your system according to the timeline that starts when we receive your completed onboarding form and required access.

Service overview

The Client Growth Engine is a subscription service designed to help solo massage therapists turn past clients into repeat bookings, attract new clients, and sell gift cards using a simple funnel plus follow-up automation.

This is a productized service. It is not a full custom marketing agency retainer.

Primary deliverables included


Each active subscription includes:

  • Two funnel pages
    New client intro offer page
    Existing client monthly promo page

  • Lead reactivation campaign setup
    One reactivation campaign built from your list upload
    Email and or SMS messaging sequence loaded into your system
    Basic segmentation based on available list fields

  • Booking workflow setup
    Appointment routing to your booking link or Go High Level calendar
    Basic appointment reminders
    Google Calendar integration when available

  • Gift card delivery and tracking setup
    Included if your plan includes gift cards and if the required tools are available in your account

  • Reporting
    Monthly reporting on redemptions and bookings based on available tracking data

  • Support
    Dedicated account manager
    Unlimited technical support related to the Client Growth Engine system

Timeline and what starts the clock


The 7-day build timeline begins when we receive:

  • Your completed onboarding form

  • Your client list upload

  • Required access to connect booking and calendars where applicable

If we do not have these items, we cannot begin work and the timeline does not start

Client responsibilities


To keep the build on schedule, you agree to:

  • Submit onboarding information promptly

  • Provide required access and approvals

  • Respond to questions and approvals within 48 hours when possible

  • Ensure you have the right to contact your client list by email and SMS

What is not included


To avoid confusion, the following are not included unless explicitly stated in writing:

  • Custom website builds beyond the included funnel pages

  • Ongoing social media posting or content creation

  • Full ad management, daily optimization, or creative testing

  • Photography, videography, or custom design production

  • Deep CRM rebuilds, custom pipelines beyond the included workflow needs

  • Deliverability remediation projects beyond basic configuration

  • Copywriting for additional offers beyond the included funnels and reactivation campaign

  • Reputation management beyond linking to your review page

  • Custom integrations outside standard connectors and supported tools

  • Any guarantee of leads, bookings, revenue, or return on ad spend

Reasonable use and boundaries


This service is designed to be fast and focused. To protect quality and timelines:

  • Revisions are limited to reasonable edits during the build week

  • New requests that expand scope may be scheduled for the next cycle or quoted separately

  • Excessive change requests, unclear direction, or delayed approvals may delay launch

Optional add-ons


If you want more than the standard system, we can offer add-ons such as:

  • Additional funnels or promos

  • Additional reactivation segments and sequences

  • Ongoing ad management

  • Additional landing pages for seasonal campaigns

Cancellation


You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing. There are no refunds for the current billing period after work begins.
