This is best for Young Living Brand Partners who want their business to feel more organized, professional, and easy to share.
It is especially helpful if you have been sharing products through texts, social posts, link lists, or conversations, but you want one simple place that explains what you offer and helps people know where to begin.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
Not necessarily.
If you choose the Guided Website option, you will need to be comfortable following setup instructions, customizing pages, and making basic updates yourself. If you do not want to handle the tech side, a Theme or Custom Website project may be a better fit.
Do I need a GetOiling subscription?
You have two options for where we build your website:
GetOiling – We can build your website inside the GetOiling platform. Once your project is complete, you’ll also have access to the GetOiling support team for platform questions and troubleshooting. We typically recommend either their Basic or Premium plan.
Pivot2Boss Agency – We can build and host your website directly inside the Pivot2Boss Agency platform, where your Brand Partner Marketing System is managed by our team with our White Glove Customer Support.

The pathways make your website feel more personal, helpful, and easy to explore.
Does this replace my Young Living shopping link?
No. Your Young Living shopping link is still where customers purchase products but we will include your Young Living wish list links on each pathway page.
Your website helps people understand what to explore, why it may matter, and where to begin. Then on each pathway page we will link them to your preferred Young Living shopping wish list link.

Can I use this if I already have a Young Living website or link page?
Yes.
This is a great fit if you already have links but want a more polished and strategic customer journey.

What is the difference between the Guided Website option and a Theme or Custom website project?
The Guided Website option is best if you want access to the website structure and resources so you can install, customize, and update it yourself.
A Theme or Custom website project is best if you want support getting the website installed and built for you.
How do the Builder Links work?
Builder Links are unlocked after your core Brand Partner Marketing System is installed.
We create simple mini-sites for Brand Partners on your team using your domain and platform. They’re ideal for newer Brand Partners who want a professional online presence but may not need the full system yet. They receive the basic system which includes a mini-homepage and the four Wellness Pathways (lead magnets, blog posts, and automations are not included).
As they grow, they can always upgrade into a more complete marketing system of their own.
If you're interested in purchasing a Builder Link, please contact your leader to see if they have the core Brand Partner Marketing System installed.
Will the website be customized to my brand?
That depends on the option you choose.
Guided Build and Theme Build options use an existing theme or template style and are lightly personalized with your information, links, and content.
A custom website option includes more personalized brand direction, visuals, colors, and layout support so the site feels more unique to you.
Can I change the colors, images, and wording later?
Yes.
Your website is meant to be something you can continue using and updating as your business grows.
You can update copy, images, links, product pathways, events, lead magnets, and other content as needed, depending on your platform and setup. However, Pivot2Bos does not provide support for this. Instead, you can utilize the GetOiling trainings and resources available.
Do I need to provide my own photos and content?
Yes, you will be asked to provide the information needed to complete your project, such as your bio, photos, links, contact details, product links, and any business-specific details.
This helps keep the project moving and makes sure your website reflects you and your Young Living business.
Will you manage my website after it is finished?
Your ongoing support options will depend on the platform you choose:
If your website is built in GetOiling, you’ll have access to GetOiling’s training resources and support team for platform questions and troubleshooting.
If your website is built inside the Pivot2Boss Agency platform, you’ll continue to have access to the platform as part of your selected plan, along with any support or resources included with that plan.
Additional support may also be available through coaching, office hours, or future project add-ons when offered.
Is this compliant for Young Living Brand Partners?
